I got food poisoning from eating here
I went to the Tally Ho Tea House this week. It was a terrible experience. They could not even make a decent cup of tea, it was stewed! The scones were hard and stale. The cream was rancid and tasted vaguely of vinegar. When I got home I was very sick; I puked for 4 hours. The last time I ever threw up was over 20 years ago, so I am quite sure it was caused by what I ate at the Tally Ho Tea House.

This place is really gross
This place is the most disgusting restaurant I have ever encountered. They claim to be so posh and respectable, but the reality is that they don't care about quality or indeed cleanliness at all. The muffins were stale, the waitress just banged our coffee down on the table causing the coffee to spill into the saucer. When we asked her to top up our cup for the amount spilled she just said “pour it back in the cup yourselves” and took off with some kind of attitude. When we got the bill they had just added a £5 tip without asking our permission. I demanded that the tip be removed and they said it was “company policy” to just add a £5 tip to all bills. They claim to take credit cards, but when I tried to pay by card they told me that they only accepted credit cards for amounts over £50. Another elderly couple also complained, and as we were leaving I actually saw the waitress spit in their coffee before serving it to them. I have never been so shocked and disgusted in all my life.
