    Inflexible when making arrangement to come and quote and then didn't turn up! "Michael" apparently ill when I phoned after waiting for 20 minutes but nobody had phoned to let me know! If they can be this unreliable for a quote just think what they could do on the day of the move! Feels like a lucky escape to me! Only given them 1 star because I can't do no stars. Moving is stressful enough without dashing home early from work only to be stood up!
