  2. 1* Never again !

    I'm afraid that this company has one of the worst standards of service I've come across. How can they treat their customers with such contempt. They would be fair value for money, if only they did a decent job. I notice that they've now changed their name to ecocleans but the dismal service remains the same !

    Don't know who cleaned your house Alan mate, but it sounds more like a cleaning firm of yours than Housekeepers of Hitchin. I had used their brilliant services for over 4 years and they never let me down, consistent high standards as promised, with friendly, honest staff, unlike your review. They haven't changed their name to anything either. If you check your facts Eco Cleans is owned by a sole trader and operated quite differently. Housekeepers was a limited company who never had a customer called Leyton. Keep taking the pills mate it will help you see things clearer.

    I'm surprised to find this site, having been an old customer myself of Housekeepers of Hitchin - In the time I used their services they did an outstanding job! not only that but due to a foot injury I had at the time i was unable to do much, the girls came in and literally blew me away with their cleaning skills and finishing touches! I personally think with a remark that they were dismal! is utterly inappropriate - maybe you couldn't afford them? I found them to be very professional & very freindly. Quite the opposite to what you have allocated! Being a family run business they had more care and consideration! So out with the old in with the new! havn't heard of eco cleans, must give them a call! shame about housekeepers! A S

  5. 4* Cleaning

    As a service fantastic, time keeping was always a issue to me but they happily managed to cope around my busy working life, having moved i've not been able to find a service quite the same - it's not excellent because i can't find the replacement!
