    Figure Fitness is a home fitness training service local to the Cambridge area. Hazel Jones runs the service and will design a personal fitness training programme to suit your specific needs and provide you with the support and motivation needed to succeed. Her motivation for fitness stems from a long standing passion for a wide range of physical activities including yoga, pilates, gym classes, running & hill walking. Hazel decided to train as a personal trainer because she wanted to help people, especially reluctant exercisers, enjoy & reap the multitude of benefits that exercise can bring.
