Lifestyles Health & Fitness StudioLifestyles is an independent gym and fitness studio based in the Hayes area of Middlesex. The 10,000 sq ft space contains cardio and resistance machinery, a fully equipt free weights area, sauna, sunbed and a dance/fitness studio were classes such as Yoga, Body Combat and Boxercise are held. Service at the gym include inductions, programmes and personal training. Please feel free to visit and enquire about membership.
