  2. 1* DO NOT RECOMMEND

    I paid Top Ridge Roofing (Wayne Ridgley) for his expertise to investigate and repair a leak in a dormer loft conversion - the leak remains, and Wayne expects further cash to resolve the problem - despite claims of great service, a 12 year gaurantee etc Wayne and Top Ridge Roofing DO NOT come recommended. I exchanged numerous emails and texts with Wayne in an attempt to resolve the matter in which he admitted he got it wrong but he won't put it right (without further payment) or offer a refund. His response when I said I would go online and write some reviews " i could not really give a monkeys" UPDATE 4th March 2010: Top Ridge Roofing eventually did the decent thing and refunded my money (18 months on)
