Poor quality images and equally poor customer service.Ordered Dennis The Menace Topper. Delivery quick but image very poor quality, very pixelated. Unprofessional and dismissive handling of the complaint, led to me binning the item. Would not recommend or use again

Ben 10, Princess and 18th birthday cake
I ordered a personalised Ben 10 circular topping plus mini cupcake toppings for my son. They had a very good quality picture and the service was great. I've just ordered and received more fantastic toppings - a personalised princess one, some mini hello kitty and cars ones and one I made up from photos for my eldest's 18th birthday. All really good quality picture and good service again!

Terrible Service
I placed a large order to stock inventory for a new baking business. I was billed but never received the shipment. I made 7 attempts via phone and email to Something Cakey to inquire as to how and when the order was shipped. I never received any correspondence from them. What a terrible company. Please find an alternative.
