Resident Board Member elections We held an election to fill two of our three Resident Board Member positions in August. Three residents Jaqui Hepher, Jonathan Hewitt and Fred Russell stood for the two positions available. We sent out 7126 ballot papers to all of our tenants and of these 1897 were returned, which represents 26.6% of the total. The results were very close and we are pleased to announce that Jaqui Hepher and Fred Russell, both whom are former Resident Board Members, have been elected.
