HOME CINEMA STORE: ROMFORD 14A THE BREWERY >!!!!!!!!!! WARNING: KEEP AWAY FROM THIS STORE IF YOU DON'T WANT TO RISK LOSING YOUR MONEY, THEY ARE A NIGHTMARE TO DEAL WITH!!! This store is run by a very dodgy group of thuggish type guys, don't make the mistake we made in buying electronic goods from them. They sold us faulty mediocre goods and when we tried to get a refund they refused point blank, saying you're not gonna get a refund so get out of here, or we'll call the police and say you are trespassing, we left without a refund for the faulty goods which had lots of different problems and looked used, and cost several hundred pounds. 4 bullying store staff (all male)in the store ganged up and got really aggressive, really dodgy place stay away! You will lose your money and they refuse to give refunds! Apalling customer service! Also at the time of purchase they made a misleading claim saying they were cheaper than any other place even in comparison to the internet, however we have since been online to find they were really overpriced.
