Don't know who cleaned your house Alan mate, but it sounds more like a cleaning firm of yours than Housekeepers of Hitchin. I had used their brilliant services for over 4 years and they never let me down, consistent high standards as promised, with friendly, honest staff, unlike your review. They haven't changed their name to anything either. If you check your facts Eco Cleans is owned by a sole trader and operated quite differently. Housekeepers was a limited company who never had a customer called Leyton. Keep taking the pills mate it will help you see things clearer.
