Just plain useless – Stay well clear!
Truly the worst property management company ever. Keys where not delivered to me on request, but left in an empty crisp wrapper at the back of the house. House was meant to be cleaned by professional cleaners before I moved and just wasn't. Floor that was promised to be replaced before we moved in to avoid upset took months and was replaced when I was living there, so I couldn't use the kitchen for a week. Drains didn't drain and took a huge amount of time to be fixed. Attitude on the phone was great up until the point my deposit cheque was cashed and contracts where signed. After that point messages where 'taken', however took weeks to respond, unless chased a huge amount, or just point blank ignored. When I moved out it took 2 months for them to return the deposit. Crofton are truly the most awful agents, they don't care for the tenants or the properties that are entrusted to them. They really couldn't manage a cockroach in a youth hostel!??
