    CheckSearch = Appalling Customer Service

    Awful customer service. They don't call you to keep you informed of how the reference is going or not going which means you cannot chase this up personally which may be more fruitful. Don't ever send anything recorded delivery because the post gets signed for by someone in their building and then gets lost. I recommend people use another referencing agency instead.
