Avoid at all Costs
Avoid at all costs! Kevin took deposit before Christmas. The work was to be completed the first week of the new year, no calls, no response to emails or phone messages and no sign of the work even started let alone finished. Only after threatening county court action did he respond. Told me that it was because he had been sick, then further delays due to "i have a new install manger", then to say that they need to come around again to look at electrics before they start (although they had done a full site survey) and now to say that the work may not be done when i am around (I am now only available at weekends and had made provision to be available for original delivery dates) - now trying to say I'm stopping them from doing the work! Looks like a trip to the county court to get my money back and find a professional company. Do not deal with this cowboy. I'm happy to talk with anyone who is thinking of using this company to tell them what to watch out for! Email me martinsj at mk-forum co uk
