    Avoid like the Plague.

    had an order with the Sutlers Store for a custom made coat. They received 350 pounds in Feb. 2009 and now they have lied to me about the order and will not refund my money. They now refuse to answer my e-mails. I am powerless to take them to small claims court because I live in America. The Sutler Store is a predatory establishment, and I would recommend you do not do business with them until they change their practices. Daniel H
