We are going to draw your family tree , paying particular attention to traumatic events , that have shaken the whole system. Then we set your individual family constellation either using figures or placemats. I will carefully consider your issue in the light of what you know about your family’s past (no matter how little that is) then we will look for solution. This work is not about healing the past but instead healing the impact of the past on the present - to free you up to live the life you want to live, and engage fully in loving relationships. You will have an opportunity to explore your own issues in a safe, confidential space.
